AEM Space Exploration Resource Roundup

“It is in our nature to explore, to reach out into the unknown.  The only true failure would be not to explore at all.” ~Ernest Shackleton

Greetings educators and explorers of this world!  With schools across the country back in, there is a lot of “exploring” going on.  Teachers explore new opportunities to enrich young minds, students explore new concepts and ideas, community members explore newness that creeps into life every day.

Exploration is integral to life and can be found in the smallest ideas to the grandest experiences.  This months Resource Roundup will highlight a few ways to explore all the many ways the world, and that which goes beyond it, are astounding and intriguing.  We start off with resources that can help you integrate the exploration of space.  Explore NASA education, take a visual visit to the ISS, get a glimpse of what the Hubble telescope sees, and so much more.

Additionally, Authentic Exploration Matters is helping educators explore new ideas through our Discovery Day workshop series.

Our next workshop will be held October 19 in New Smyrna Beach at The Marine Discovery Center where you will have a chance to connect with opportunities and ideas that can help students learn about and better understand coastal conservation efforts.  T

his workshop is also a wonderful addition for a schools’ Green Schools and/or Eco Club efforts.  Space is limited so sign up soon on our website.  Additional information and registration can be accessed at: https://www.authenticexplorationmatters.com/discovery-day. Once you have registered we will send you confirmation.  The week of the workshop we will send out finalized details.  Looking for another opportunity or even resources to explore a different topic?  Simply reach out to us and we will see how we can help you.
